The Tipton County Chamber is excited to announce the graduation of its first leadership class. This program was made possible through the support of the Tipton County Foundation and is expected to be an annual offering to begin building leadership capacity within the community. “The goal with this program was to help establish a pipeline of leaders that could begin to make greater impacts on the businesses they work for and the communities they serve,” said Tipton County Chamber Executive Director Kegan Schmicker. “It is our opinion as a Chamber of Commerce that a foundational piece to building a prosperous community is to nurture the next generation of leadership and we are proud to be serving this role for our community.”
